7 years of research and development have been required to customize a patent
initially developed by the Cagniard family in 1976 to adapt it for new digital
uses: the PR/01, named after the Active Pression Reflex® technology, is an active loudspeaker that respects the features of traditional high-fidelity.
The exceptional quality of the extreme bass frequencies is ensured by the implementation in an airtight chamber of 2 loudspeakers (including 1 internal woofer) which are controlled numerically. This pressure chamber system is calibrated by multiple digital amplifiers. These custom-built amplifiers offer exceptional power and definition especially in the extreme deep bass, all contained within a very compact structure.

Ma femme m’a offert l’enceinte de La Boite Concept pour mes 40 ans et je suis vraiment séduit : Le design sobre, épuré et très élégant fait mouche. La qualité et les finitions sont superbes et les connectivités incroyablement discrètes. Le boitier se désolidarise de l’enceinte et permet d’y trouver les connectiques mais également de la place pour y loger votre pré-ampli par ex !
Coté Sonorité, le rendu de ma platine Project III est top et la connectivité Bluetooth permet de profiter de Spotify ou Deezer très simplement. Et switcher d’une source à une autre se fait avec le seul et unique bouton présent sur ce très bel objet. Sans poser de vrai problème, l’existence d’une télécommande aurait été un petit plus.
Mais en synthèse, j’adore tout simplement cette enceinte !

Possesseur d’une Devialet Phantom, je me demandais si la PR serait comparable. Commandée et livrée en 48H dans un emballage parfait, je l’ai mise en service en 1 minute.
Le son est riche et les basses sont belles et ne fatiguent pas l’auditeur, les aigus sont parfaits sur instruments et voix, délicatesse et finesse des détails.
Les matériaux et les finitions sont très soignées et son esthétique sobre et élégante s’insère bien dans tous décors. Je suis ravi et cette PR/01 peut rivaliser sans rougir avec les autres produits de même niveau.

J’ai reçu la PR/01 en noyer. Cette enceinte monobloc n’a rien à envier aux systèmes d enceintes classiques! Tout y est: Basses profondes même à bas volume, la conception sobre et minimaliste qui s intègre dans tous les environnements. La connectivité très bien pensée, la qualité des matériaux, enfin TOUT ! A noter, on sent vraiment l implication de l équipe qui est hyper réactive et efficace.
Je recommande très fortement ! De plus, il existe des facilités de paiement.
Enfin, le partenariat avec Qobuz est une riche idée car il y a une très grande différence de qualité avec les autres plates-formes de streaming.
