Stephan Lanez
Designer of the AP series and LINES.
In 2009, because of his complete belief in total commitment he launched his namesake: "Stephan Lanez" design and interior architecture studio. The functional aspect as well as the history of the object nourish his resolutely contemporary creativity. His objects combine strong aesthetic values with a meticulous concern for practical application. A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in the furniture design section, Stephan Lanez holds a postgraduate degree from ENSAD. For eight years he was artistic director of the contemporary carpet publishing house "Chevalier édition", and has collaborated with Red Edition, Perrouin, Verreum, Bilum and La Boite concept. In 2021, he launched the new contemporary furniture brand "Principe". About LINES Stéphan Lanez writes: "Creating a new type of furniture for La Boite concept was an interesting challenge. And if this new furniture could be declined in several variants, it would be even better!
