Article 1: Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed through the website The customer acknowledges having read the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts the terms.

In the event of a case not covered by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the distance selling rules of the place where the company has its registered office shall apply.

Article 2: Orders

CC LAB undertakes to accept orders placed via the Internet under the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and within the limits of available stocks.

By validating the order, the client declares to have read and accepted the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Any order will be taken into consideration only after receipt of payment and will be confirmed by by an order confirmation email. reserves the right to cancel all orders, non-compliant or questionable, as well as those from a customer with whom there is any dispute.

Any order placed on the site must have been made by an adult or a person representing a minor; if the buyer is under eighteen (18) years old.

Article 3: Prices

The prices indicated are expressed in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of all taxes (applicable VAT, excise duties and any other applicable taxes). The prices indicated also include participation in the eco-tax.

CC LAB reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the site at any time.

Article 4: Shipping costs

Shipping is free* (standard delivery *excluding Express and “REFURBISHED” products outside France) on the website for all orders in metropolitan France and Euro zone countries. (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia). CC LAB reserves the right to ask for a contribution to the shipping costs for deliveries in mountainous or island areas.

For all orders placed outside mainland France and the euro zone, the shipping costs are payable and must be paid by the Customer before the goods are sent.

Article 5: Delivery and tracking of your order delivers in France and abroad (see pricing conditions in Article 4 dedicated to Shipping costs).

The order is delivered to the delivery address chosen by the Customer.

The Customer is required to carefully check his package upon delivery in order to immediately express any reservations to the carrier. The Customer must decline the delivery to the carrier if the package shows visible damage resulting from transport. In the event of a problem during delivery, please refer to Article 6 for more information.

Article 6: Return Policy / Exchange / Warranty

In accordance with the guidelines of Article L.121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order to return the delivered item for exchange or refund, at the Customer’s discretion, without penalties except for the cost of return.

In order to assert your right, the product must not have been opened or switched on. The product must be returned in its original packaging intact, undamaged and in its entirety. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it has been received and accepted by CC LAB – La Boite concept. Returns, which do not comply with CC LAB’s conditions, will not be accepted. If the Customer respects the terms and conditions stated above, then has a maximum of fifteen (15) days to refund the Customer via a repayment method predefined with the Customer.

A repackaging fee will be applied depending on the condition of the packaging.

In case of an exchange:

If you wish to exchange a product for another finish, please place a new order, taking care to return the product originally purchased. The refund of the product originally purchased will be made after receipt and validation of CC LAB.

Following our contact, we will do our best to repatriate your product in order to diagnose the failure.

The return costs are at the expense of La Boite concept in case of a proven failure when unpacking.

If the product is returned to La Boite concept after the end of the warranty period, the shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense.

The product warranty:

La Boite concept guarantees that its products comply with the specifications in the order documents of its customers.

La Boite concept products are all covered by a 2-year parts and labor guarantee from the date of acquisition by the end customer. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects in the equipment, excluding failures resulting from non-compliant assembly or non-compliant use or handling.

In order to benefit from a third year’s warranty, the Customer must activate his warranty, with his purchase invoice, by registering via La Boite concept website:

This third year’s warranty does not apply to the turntables and the “REFURBISHED” products.

The Customer shall provide the following information: surname, first name, e-mail address, phone, date of purchase, model, serial number and name of the reseller. In order to benefit from a repair under the said warranty, the purchase invoice must imperatively accompany the equipment to be repaired.

In the event of replacement of the equipment under the warranty, the replaced equipment does not benefit from a new contractual warranty but falls within the remaining warranty period. The elements covered by the warranty are the electronic equipment and the speakers (except for external damage to the membranes).

If the product is found to be defective under normal conditions of use, then the warranty covers the repair of the device or the exchange for a new product (depending on the diagnosis). If so, we will return the repaired or new product at our expense. If the failure of the product is not subject to the warranty, we will, at the Customer’s request, send a quotation for the repair of the product if it is repairable and will only start the repair after the Customer has confirmed and paid for the out-of-warranty repair in question.

If the diagnosis carried out by our experts shows that the failure of the product returned during the warranty period is due to a non-compliant use or handling by the Customer, then CC LAB will include in its repair quotation the amount of the carriage costs from (slip prepaid by CC LAB at the time of sending to our after-sales service) and back to the Customer.

The packaging must be kept during the warranty period in order to return the defective product in its original carton box. Otherwise, either the end customer will have to provide packaging and appropriate protections in order to return the product, if so, La Boite concept is released from any breakage or damage that occurred during shipment. Either La Boite concept will send appropriate packaging and protection for the product in question, in which case La Boite concept will invoice the end customer for this packaging between 10€ and 40€ inclusive of tax depending on the model in question, in addition to the amount of the shipping costs.

In case of problem during your delivery:

You are required to carefully check the package(s) upon delivery in order to immediately express any reservations to the carrier. If you note the slightest problem, you have the right to decline the delivery of the package to the carrier. After receiving your items, you have forty-eight (48) working hours to send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier. You will have to describe precisely the damage noted. Also remember to attach a copy of the shipment note on which you will have made specific reservations. Characterised reservations, in the same way as any other formality provided for in Article L. 133-3 of the Trade Code, are necessary to assert the rights of the sender, the buyer or the recipient against the carrier. Article 7: Payment

The payment of the product(s) purchased from is payable in full at the time of order. The payment is made by credit card (online payment secured by the module STRIPE). We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer… During the payment, your identity, your credit card number, the date of validity and its cryptogram will be requested. The STRIPE Module includes a 3D Secure 2 payment system to guarantee the protection of your bank details. Depending on your bank, you will have to validate a last step to validate the online payment. We do not keep in memory the credit card numbers used during the transactions. ALMA module, payment in 3 or 4 installments free of charge, before 300€.

Article 8: Retention of ownership

In accordance with the law of 1st May 1980, the products delivered to the Customer are sold under reservation of ownership. The transfer of ownership is subject to full payment of the price of the products by the Customer, at the due date agreed between the parties. In the event of non-payment of the total price of the goods on the agreed due date, CC LAB may claim ownership of the products at the expense and risk of the client.

The adhesion to the site requires from the Customer the communication of a certain number of personal data.

Article 10: Applicable law

The language of this contract is French. All the clauses of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, all the transactions and operations of purchase carried out on the site as well as by post mail and phone are governed by the law and the French law. Any litigation which will not have found a mutual agreement will be the competence of the courts of the registered office of the Company or of the court of the department chosen by the Customer.
